Analyses for construction industry

We are aware that the concept of construction is a very broad mosaic of inputs, processes and activities. Within this framework, we can carry out a whole range of analyses that are beneficial from the following points of view:

Ecology and economy – refers to materials and by-products created by construction activities (soil, asphalt mixtures, rubble) and the possibilities of their reuse

The quality of the resulting work - which, among other things, depends on the quality of the construction and other materials used - we test the input raw materials for their production, including the raw materials for making bricks

Economy and safety - How do you plan repairs of bridge structures? Are they absolutely necessary, or can they wait 5 years so that time can be dedicated to more urgent reconstructions? We supply the facts for this decision-making process – degree of degradation of structures, evaluation of the aggressiveness of the environment, level of protection of structures against aggressive influences

Who are our clients?

  • Construction companies
  • Producers of concrete and mortar mixtures
  • Producers of cement
  • Producers of building materials
  • Producers of bricks
  • Operational laboratories
  • Road laboratories
  • Universities
  • Research facilities

What do we offer?

  • Analysis of asphalt mixtures from roadway reconstructions in terms of their use (according to 130/2019 Sb.)
  • Analysis of material generated during construction activities from the point of view of its further treatment (according to 294/2005 Sb., amendment 387/2016)
    • Sample leaching according to 294/2005 Sb., Table 2.1 (landfilling)
      • Leachate classes I, II and III
    • Analysis of dry matter according to 294/2005 Sb., Annex No. 10 (alignment of terrain surface)
