Vibration systems

In addition to test chambers, Thermotron Industries is also a manufacturer of vibration systems. Depending on the size of the tested product and the requirements for the nature of the test, there is a wide range of products on offer with significant variability in performance, size and frequency. We have two basic types on offer:

Electrodynamic systems, called ‘shakers’, make it possible to verify product life based on the excitation of vibrations using a magnetic field of up to 3,000 Hz. A mostly single-axis vertical vibration device can be attached to a vertical slide table and tests combined

Pneumatic vibration systems for repeated shock are combined with a temperature chamber and enable vibrations of up to 20,000 Hz. Combined vibration and temperature loading with rapid temperature change is often used for testing electronics.
